Pupils of Hebden Royd Primary School in West Yorkshire are celebrating International Women's Day in a special way. They have unveiled a giant 60m mural of Swedish teen activist Greta Thunberg on a playing field at their school. They also painted the caption 'a girl inspiring the world' under the portrait as the pupils chose the 17-year-old as the woman who had most inspired them. Six-year-old Evie, a pupil at the school said: "We've chosen Greta because she stands up for what she believes. "She is a big inspiration to me and she is not afraid to take action even if people do not agree with her." The beautiful portrait is made of line marker paint, and was done by art collective, Sand In Your Eye, with assistance from the pupils of Hebden Royd Primary School.
