Buckingham Palace today April 9, announced the passing away of  Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, who served as consort to his wife Queen Elizabeth II for more than 60 years. He died at the age of 99. "It is with deep sorrow that Her Majesty the Queen announces the death of her beloved husband, His Royal Highness the Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh," the statement read. On Sunday, April 5 the UK's coronavirus death toll rose by 621 to 4,934 deaths. The Department of Health reported that, as of 9am on Sunday, a total of 195,524 people have been tested, of which 47,806 tested positive. This morning, Professor Neil Ferguson predicted that between 7,000 and 20,000 people in the UK may die from Covid-19.  Health Secretary Matt Hancock said the Government wasn't imminently looking to tighten the rules on exercising outdoors - but further measures could follow if people do not follow them. Queen Elizabeth addressed the nation amid the coronavirus crisis, vowing: "We will succeed - and that success will belong to every one of us."
