Actor and comedian Kevin Hart and two others were involved in a car crash in Calabasas, California, according to a California Highway Patrol incident report. The report said Hart and the driver - Hart's friend - 28-year-old Jared Black, suffered "major back injuries" and were taken to hospitals. The third passenger, 31-year-old Rebecca Broxterman - Black's fiancé - only complained of pain. Police determined that Black was not intoxicated at the time of the accident. Black was driving Hart's 1970 Plymouth Barracuda, according to the report, when he lost control of the vehicle and it went off Mulholland Highway, in the hills above Malibu, and rolled down an embankment around 12:45 am on Sunday.
